FFA, 4-H, Grange and independent youth are at the heart of the Humboldt County Fair and the Jr. Livestock Auction. Thank you to everyone who came out and witnessed the culmination of a year's worth of hard work for these young aspiring leaders who select, purchase, feed and groom livestock to be judged, graded, and sold at the fair. Their projects included steers, lambs, goats, hogs, rabbits, and poultry. We are proud of our young farmers and appreciate you for meeting them at this year's fair!

2023 Humboldt County
Junior Livestock Auction
Scholarship Application
Qualifications:
- Applicant must have sold in the Humboldt County Junior Livestock auction at least 3 times.
- Applicant must be a Senior attending a Humboldt County High School and have plans to attend a college or trade school.
Application Requirements:
- Applicant must submit a Letter of Recommendation from their FFA or 4-H advisor.
- Applicant must submit a Letter of Recommendation from another source.
- Applicant must submit an official Sealed High School Transcript. Applications without an official sealed envelope will be disqualified.
- Applicant questions must be typed
- The completed application and supporting documents must be postmarked by April 1st.
