Dates to Remember:
June 24, 2024: Submission deadline for all Market Animal exhibit entries
July 22, 2024: Submission deadline for all Homes Arts, Fine Arts, and non-market Livestock exhibit entries
August 2 & 3, 2024: Fine Arts Exhibits intake date from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the Fine Arts Building
August 4 & 5, 2024: Quilts for Division 240 intake dates from 9:00am to 4:00pm in Belotti Hall
August 5, 2024: Submission deadline for all Floriculture and Horticulture exhibit entries
August 11 & 12, 2024: Home Arts intake dates from 9:00am to 4:00pm in Belotti Hall
August 19, 2024: Floriculture and Horticulture exhibit intake date from 10:00am to 5:00pm at the Flower House

Attention Youth Livestock Exhibitors!
There are several documents that are mandatory and require a signature to be ready for upload into ShoWorks.
Incomplete documents may lead to disqualification for the Exhibitor so please complete and upload these documents first:
- Code of Excellence ( Open Here )
- Parent / Guardian Code of Conduct ( Open Here )
- YQCA Training Certificate
- Bill of Sale for Market Animals Only
This year's Code of Excellence has had some adjustments, please read it thoroughly. The Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct was approved by the Humboldt County Fair Association's Board of Directors and is effective for the 2024 Fair and is a mandatory document for all Youth Exhibitors to upload.
To camp on the premises during Youth OR Open Livestock shows,
please review the camping rules, rate, and taxes for this year.
ALL EXHIBIT ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH SHOWORKS.
All Exhibitors are expected to follow all rules and guidelines for their respective department and division. Questions regarding entry submission should be submitted before the deadlines listed above for your exhibits in order to ensure your entry is processed correctly. Questions can be submitted below at the link "ShoWorks and Entry Concerns" or you can email entries@humboldtcountyfair.org directly.
